  • Remove any fragile, hazardous, or sensitive items before our visit
  • Pay all fees as agreed and on time

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.

2. Booking & Cancellations

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

 

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may result in a charge equal to up to 50% of the service fee.

3. SMS and Email Communication

By providing your phone number and/or email and submitting a website form, you agree to receive communications from Fairy Maids Solutions regarding your account, requested services, and related updates. These communications may include:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Service updates or rescheduling notifications

Fairy Maids Solutions shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We maintain appropriate business liability insurance, but your use of our services is at your own risk.
